What happens

Homer, bald and stubbled in a white shirt, raises a red comb overhead against a starry purple night sky, with Bart in his orange shirt, Carl in a green sweater, and a few bystanders beside a stall with a sign reading 'thin'. The scene shifts to a roped-off area by a black limousine, where Mr. Burns, frail and grey at the sides, wears a cream hat with a purple band and a tan jacket while he gestures and talks to a woman with auburn hair and a woman in pink with grey-violet hair. Bart's head rises above the car's roof as Burns spreads his hands, shrugs, and keeps talking.
