What happens

Lisa, Marge, Maggie and Bart stand together on a suburban street in the first frame, with Lisa covering her eyes while Bart gestures and looks on. Beside a brick house, a boy with spiky grey hair in a red shirt and a man in a red cap and vest stand near a wooden door, and Homer, in a white shirt and blue pants, twirls a pink hula hoop by a pink car while Lisa watches. Homer keeps swinging the hoop around his waist and then his arm, and the hoop drops to the grass. Homer runs off the lawn as Marge, Maggie, Lisa and Bart rush after him, and Lisa then sprints toward a pink front door while the boy and the cap-wearing man watch. A pink hula hoop lies on the grass in the corner.
