What happens

A thin man in a wide-brimmed hat and brown jacket, who is not one of the regulars, holds two white chickens by their legs outside a green-and-white striped tent marked "Geek Show Artists' Entrance" while Bart in his red shirt and blue shorts and Homer in his white shirt and jeans stand watching. As the moment unfolds, the man lifts the chickens and then pushes one toward Bart's face, leaning in close to him, while Homer looks on from the right, with the sign and tent behind them on the grassy lot.
