What happens

Homer, bald and heavy with no clothes except a white diaper, climbs a ladder onto the dunk tank seat at a carnival under a red-and-white striped tent, while four men in casual shirts stand around the red and pink tank holding green balls. He sits with his arms spread wide and a nervous look, then throws his arms up and shouts as a green ball flies past him toward the right side of the seat. He is gone from the seat in the final shots, which show only the empty white seat beside a red bullseye target on a blue backdrop.
