What happens

A spiky-haired boy in a red shirt with an earring stands with folded arms beside a moustached man in a red cap and black vest at a night carnival, with signs reading "KNOCK OVER THE FUZZY GUY" and "BALLOON" behind them. A red ring hoop sails through the air past the booth while a hand reaches in from the edge, and the man grimaces, grits his teeth and mutters as he watches. The boy smirks with his eyes half closed, and the scene opens on a shelf holding a boombox, an old television, a red lamp and a camera.
