What happens

Groundskeeper Willie, a bearded man with bushy red hair and overalls, stands holding a purple box in a hallway and then a bar, while Homer, tied up with rope around his waist, sits beside him and Marge in a green dress looks on. Willie talks and gestures with his free hand beneath a 'HANG ON' cat poster and a small race car picture on the wall. Later Ned Flanders, in a green sweater and glasses, stands behind a bar pouring a draft beer into a glass mug from a tap while a red feathered headdress hangs on the wall behind him.
