What happens

Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt, sits strapped to a chair with rope around his belly and arms while a dark-haired man in a pink shirt holds up a foamy mug of beer toward him and Marge, in a green dress and red beads with her blue beehive, looks on. The man raises the mug toward Homer's open mouth as Homer stares and gapes, tongue out, and foam spills into his mouth in a bar with mugs on a shelf behind. The scene then cuts to an older bald man in a purple suit and green tie, with white hair at the sides, walking out of a door flanked by two men in dark suits, one carrying an orange briefcase, while a 'STOP' sign and a 'YIELD' sign hang on the walls.
