What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and stubbly in a white shirt and grey vest, stands at a bar and gestures angrily beside a beer mug, then glares and stares at a red door with a round teal window while Carl, Barney and Lenny sit on bar stools to the side. Homer is then shown dangling from a ceiling fan by a rope around his neck, his feet off the blue tiled floor, as the three men watch from their stools, next to a wall pennant and a red CIGARETTES vending machine. The men turn back to the bar, where Barney and Lenny are laughing with beer mugs and beer splashes on the counter and floor, while Carl grins and leans toward Barney.
