What happens

Principal Skinner, in a blue suit and orange tie, strolls through a classroom of costumed students seated at desks with country placards including Japan, Mexico, Trinidad, Canada, USA, Finland, Poland, France and Libya. He glances sideways and then grimaces with clenched teeth, while a girl in a beret and striped shirt sits with folded arms and a boy in sunglasses and a white headdress adjusts his shades. He then walks past a boy in a red Polish hat and a fur-trimmed student at the Finland desk, who smiles up at him beneath a wall map and a wall clock.
