What happens

Principal Skinner, with neat grey hair and a blue suit, walks around a classroom where desks are labeled with country names such as Finland, Canada, USA, France and Poland. A child dressed in a blue Finnish costume with a red pom-pom hat, standing by the Finland desk, wiggles, waves and bounces, then crouches with hands clasped while Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, sits at the Poland desk in a costume and a cowboy-style kid sits at the USA desk. Skinner pauses near the globe and clock, with his hands clasped behind his back, as the other students watch.
