What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair, red-framed glasses and a red and black Chinese-style hat with peacock feather ornaments, sits at a desk labeled POLAND in a classroom with a world map on the wall. He gestures with his hands and talks, mouth opening and closing, while Principal Skinner, in a blue suit and purple tie with grey hair, stands before the desk with his eyes shut and then leans in toward Milhouse with a worried expression. Behind them, a boy in a red jacket and a girl in a red polka-dot bow sit at other desks, and a uniformed man in a white cap and sunglasses stands by the door.
