What happens

Marge, the tall blue-beehive woman in a green dress and red bead necklace, stands at the left of a pink room while Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt, sits at a purple desk beside a green rotary phone, a tray of pens and pencils, and a small cup. Marge is first seen wide-eyed with a grimacing, gritted-toothed look, then speaks with her mouth open, while Homer talks animatedly with his arms folded, then gestures with his hands raised and open, and finally extends one arm outward while looking stern. The last frame shows a stick of butter in a teal dish on the desk, and Homer's pointing finger jabs toward it.
