Homer stands at a purple counter in a pink room while Marge looks on

What happens

Homer, a bald heavy man in a white shirt, stands at a purple counter in a pink room while Marge, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, looks on. He holds up a teal-edged picture, then a sheet of paper and a pencil, tapping the pencil and later putting it in his open mouth. Afterward a yellow school bus with a green banner reading "MODEL U.N. ORDER AT ANY COST" drives along a tree-lined road past green hills and purple mountains.
