What happens

Lisa Simpson in her red dress and pearl necklace and one of the purple-haired twins, Patty or Selma, in pink dresses shout at each other on a dirt path near bushes and a palm tree, while Milhouse in his blue hair and red glasses looks on at the edge. Lisa jabs a finger and shakes a fist, and the twin points and clenches her fists back, as a bully in a blue vest, Nelson, grabs a red-haired boy in a white shirt by the collar, and a blond boy in a blue shirt and an afro-haired boy in a striped shirt look on. The group stands on sandy ground with blue sky, trees and a rock behind them, and no on-screen text is visible.
