The Simpsons, “Das Bus” (season 9, episode 14), 10:30–10:37
What happens
Bart Simpson stands in the centre of a close-up with Milhouse on the right, a curly-haired boy on the left, and two purple-hooded children upside down at the top, all against a blue background. Bart's eyes shift, his mouth opens, and then he clenches his teeth and squeezes his eyes shut before grimacing again. The scene then widens onto a grassy yard beside a tree, where Ralph Wiggum lies on his back with a purple stain around his mouth while Bart leans over him, two girls with purple hair and pink bows stand behind, and Milhouse and the curly-haired boy look on, with the stain on Ralph's mouth appearing and changing shape.
