What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in the orange shirt, and Nelson, the brown-haired bully in a pink shirt and blue vest, stand at a blue railing under a purple night sky, with Bart grinning nervously while Nelson scowls, first with his hands at his sides and later with his arms crossed. Lisa, with star-shaped spiky hair, a red dress and a pearl necklace, steps in from the right and grabs the back of Nelson's vest, then tugs at it and grins widely with her mouth open as Bart and Nelson keep their wary expressions. Trees and a dark water edge are visible at the edge of the scene.
