What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in a blue swimsuit, lies on a white and magenta cooler with a red scuba-style breathing tube in his mouth while a pink spiky pufferfish, a one-off character, floats close to his face inside a submarine-like vehicle with green seats and windows. Bart then turns and clutches the cooler as bubbles rise around them, the pufferfish drifts off, and Bart is seen struggling and slipping along the cooler through a green-framed hatch. In the final part, Bart lies on the cooler with the pufferfish beside him as the cooler and boy drift out into the dark blue ocean, where a bug-eyed pink fish with a blue fin swims nearby.
