What happens

A man in a grey-blue jacket with a reddish-brown bowl-cut hair and a clipboard, a one-off character, stands at a mall walkway in front of a storefront with a pink sign reading '100' and mannequins in the window. Marge, with her tall blue beehive and red beads, stands beside Maggie, the baby with a blue bow and pacifier, who is held against her green dress, and Marge laughs with her eyes closed in the early frames and then turns to look wide-eyed and worried. Later the scene shifts to the walkway with a 'SPORTS SHOP' sign, where Homer, in a white shirt and holding a stack of colorful boxes, stands facing the clipboard man; Marge and Maggie are visible at the left edge. Homer's expression moves from wide-eyed to a grinning, half-lidded smile as the clipboard man smiles and talks to him, and shoppers and a bearded man in a green sweater pass in the background.
