What happens

Krusty the Clown sits at a round table with a tablecloth in a restaurant booth, a red upholstered bench behind him, and a monkey in a pink hat perched on the bench at right, with a small ashtray and scattered peanuts on the table. Across from him sits a yellow, shirtless figure with a teal bone-topped hairdo and a green lei, who never speaks but leans in and listens. Krusty gestures with his white gloved hands, then sits with his face buried in his hands and his head sinking toward the table, then lifts his hands, gestures out, and turns to argue. He flings an arm toward the other figure and yells, while a stack of papers lies on the table and framed portraits hang on the wall behind them.
