Krusty the Clown is in a dark space beside a glowing pink neon sign reading "The Bloated Liver"

What happens

Krusty the Clown, with green hair, a red nose, a pink shirt and a blue bow tie, is in a dark space beside a glowing pink neon sign reading "The Bloated Liver". He first sucks on a tube attached to a brown gourd-like object, then sips from a blue cocktail glass, and later holds up a tan leather boot and bites into its sole. A faded, shadowy figure appears behind him in some moments. The sequence ends with him drinking from a large grey bottle, with a bright sparkle at his mouth.
