What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, peers over a backyard fence in the background, while a heavyset man with curly reddish-brown hair and a blue shirt and a woman with a curly brown hairdo and a pink dress stand over Krusty, who lies sprawled on the lawn with his green hair, red nose and open mouth. The man repeatedly jabs at the clown with a stick and gestures with his other hand as the woman leans in, looking uneasy, and then glances toward the fence. In the final moment Bart steps forward into the foreground beside the woman, who covers her face with one hand, and leans over the clown, while a blue-bowed pink-and-green outfit and a pair of red shoes are visible at the clown's feet.
