What happens

Lisa, with star-shaped spiky hair, a red dress and a pearl necklace, sits on a red bus seat beside a grimy sock hanging over the seatback, looking uneasy and then speaking. Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, sits in a red shoe-store chair in front of shelves of slippers and shoes as a thin, grey-haired, balding shoe salesman with a black tie bends over to hand him a pair of shoes and then grins. Bart returns to the bus seat with a sullen expression, dangling a white-gloved hand over the seatback, while a credit reads "Produced by J. Michael Mendel, Bonita Pietila" over the frames of the shop and bus.
