Homer gestures with a small purple television at a bar while Moe watches from behind the counter stocked with bottles and a Duff Beer sign

What happens

Homer, in a white shirt and blue pants, gestures with a small purple television at a bar while Moe, the grey-haired bartender, watches from behind the counter stocked with bottles and a Duff Beer sign. The scene shifts to a glowing orange neon sign reading STU'S DISCO, with a neon dancing figure, against a purple night sky. At the blue-walled entrance under a red awning, a man in a white jacket and pink pants beside a sandwich board says 'YOU MUST BE AT LEAST THIS SWARTHY TO ENTER,' and Homer, in a red plaid shirt, walks through the doorway as a grey-haired man in a dark coat looks on.
