Moe and Homer stand together in a dim alley beside a metal trash can and a chain-link fence

What happens

Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a maroon suit and bow tie, and Homer, bald and heavy in an orange plaid jacket over a white shirt and blue pants, stand together in a dim alley beside a metal trash can and a chain-link fence. Moe first raises a hand to his head, then lifts a small white object in his other hand, and later rests his hand on Homer's shoulder and chest while gesturing with both hands. Homer stands wide-eyed and stiff, and the scene ends with Moe spreading his hands in front of a lit blue window.
