What happens

Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a maroon suit and blue bow tie, and a woman with a short auburn bob in a light blue top stand outside beside a flower stall with yellow, orange and red blooms under a pink scalloped awning. The woman, first chewing on a stem and resting a hand on the flowers, turns to Moe, who leans in and lifts a finger to his nose while she speaks. Moe later stands stiffly with his mouth open as she watches him, then she reaches up to fix his bow tie at his collar, and he grins broadly as she adjusts it with both hands, his own hands resting at his sides.
