What happens

Homer, the bald heavyset man in a white shirt, sits at the bar facing Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a bow tie and dark apron, while a small red toy car sits on the counter between them. Moe leans in and gestures with his hands, then picks up and slides the red toy car across the bar, and a small figurine appears beside it as he continues talking. Moe pulls the toy car back, scratches his head, and then rests his chin on his hand, while a Springfield Sotopes pennant hangs on the wall behind the bar.
