What happens

Apu, the heavy man in a green jacket and white pants, stands on a sidewalk in front of the Kwik-E-Mart with a red balloon, puffing and inflating it while a thin, stooped old man in a brown suit with grey hair at the sides, a boy with blue hair on a small bike, a woman with a tall hairdo and a girl in a pink top and blue shorts look on. The crowd drifts across the parking lot as Apu keeps blowing up the balloon and then holds it up. The scene cuts to a notebook page on a purple background, where a hand with a blue pencil writes the words "Dear Lo".
