Mr. Burns and a heavy brown-haired man in a green shirt stand outside the Nude-E-Mart under a sign reading TOPLESS DANCERS

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail stooped old man with a hooked nose and a cane, and a heavy brown-haired man in a green shirt stand outside the Nude-E-Mart under a sign reading TOPLESS DANCERS! BOTTOMLESS COFFEE!, while two nude orange-skinned men with grey hair wait beside a grey podium near red curtains and a mirror ball. A man in a tie walks up the sidewalk past parked cars toward the entrance, and the brown-haired man gestures with raised hands as he talks with Burns, then steps back behind the curtain and out of view while the two nude men remain at the podium.
