What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits in a tall red chair at his desk beside a model rocket, then reaches under the desk to press a red button and jabs a finger at a glowing green screen on his control panel. On a TV set, a man in a purple suit is strapped into an electric chair in a brick room, with smoke rising from him as police officers, including fat police chief Chief Wiggum on the right, stand guard. The scene then shows a crowd of reporters in a smoky room, with a bulky TV news rig pointed toward the viewer, and a man in a red fez at its controls.
