What happens

Chief Wiggum, a heavyset police chief, stands at the right beside a red wall-mounted lever, while two other police officers, one with spiky yellow hair and one Black officer, stand near a man in a purple suit strapped into an electric chair with a metal cap and wisps of smoke rising. The spiky-haired officer walks forward and kneels at the chair, then grips the seated man's legs as Wiggum gestures with raised hands and the other officers watch. The room has brick walls and a dim blue-grey floor, and the red lever on the wall is the main notable object.
