Chief Wiggum and Carl stand in a shirtless pose holding a dark box while Homer raises a small white paper up to his head

What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in uniform, and Carl, a Black man in a cap and headphones, stand in a shirtless pose holding a dark box while Homer, in a white shirt and blue pants, raises a small white paper up to his head. Carl hands over the box as Chief Wiggum stands beside him. The scene opens on a yellow, dusty scene with a dark square panel and a hole in the ground surrounded by a cloud of dust, with hands reaching out from the rim of the opening, before cutting to a view of the hole with the box's edge visible, and then to the characters at the police station.
