What happens

Chief Wiggum, the heavyset police chief in a blue uniform and cap, stands beside Marge Simpson in her green dress and tall blue beehive against a red-orange backdrop. Wiggum keeps smiling while Marge's expression shifts, her mouth opening in surprise before settling again. Then a small blond boy in a blue shirt and red pants runs across a purple floor past a large orange slab with dark red spots, slows, and flaps his hands near his chest.
