What happens

Bart, a spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stands beside a small blond boy in a stained blue shirt at a pink toy chest; Bart holds a Krusty the Clown doll while the blond boy raises a popsicle stick and then grins, mouth open. The blond boy sinks down into the chest until only his yellow hair shows, and a green object rises out of it, then he reappears wearing a green cap with a small photo stuck to his forehead. A toy pig and a purple toy car sit on the blue shelf above, beside a ball and wrenches.
