The Simpsons, “This Little Wiggy” (season 9, episode 18), 11:32–11:45
What happens
Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in his blue uniform and cap, first stands in a purple room beside a dresser and TV, then tumbles to the floor among scattered papers and yellow caution tape. He sprawls on his back, waving his arms and squirming, while Bart, with spiky hair and an orange shirt, and a blond boy in a blue shirt peer out from an open closet. Wiggum then lies still with his arms up, a folder beside him, and yellow "DO NOT CROSS" tape stretched across the floor above him.
