What happens

Homer, in a white shirt reading "I'M WITH ADMIRAL STUPID," is first seen flailing and sinking through blue water filled with bubbles inside a submarine. He later surfaces through a round hatch in the sub's floor, while a group of crew in tan uniforms, including Moe with grey hair at the right and Apu with his dark skin and nose, gathers around the hatch and claps and cheers. Moe stands at the hatch as Homer, dripping and grinning, looks up at him, and the sub's round hatch door and metal fixtures are visible throughout.
