What happens

Homer, in a navy cap and tan uniform, sits with his hand on his knee, then holds a small glinting gem between his fingers in a ship corridor lined with ropes. He walks beside a brown-haired man in a tan uniform, and Carl, a Black man in a matching uniform, stands by a pillar, while Homer turns a large round hatch wheel on a tiled floor. Homer then stands by an open hatch, clenching his jaw, and pulls on a white T-shirt printed "I'M WITH ADMIRAL STUPID," before a jet of water erupts from the hatch across the floor.
