What happens

Homer, in a tan uniform and blue officer's cap, stands in the foreground beside a porthole where a stocky, grimacing one-off crewman in a tan uniform leans out. The view then cuts to a light grey submarine gliding past orange, green, pink and striped fish and a pink squid against a deep blue sea, with the sub's name printed on its hull. Back inside the control room, a seated man with curly grey hair and glasses gestures to his left while Homer stands watching and a platinum-bobbed woman in a tan uniform stands with her arms crossed, talking; levers, dials and monitors fill the background.
