What happens

Homer Simpson, in a tan naval-style uniform, stands at a dinner table in a ship's dining room with round porthole-like windows, first beside two seated officers and a turkey platter and wine glasses, then later beside Carl, a Black officer, and a bald, older officer in a white uniform with gold stars who puffs a cigar. Homer leans toward the table and gestures with an outstretched arm toward a bowl of green peas while a man with glasses watches from the background and another officer sits with arms folded. Visible objects include wine bottles, glasses, plates of food, and a doorway with a metal frame.
