What happens

Homer Simpson, in a tan naval uniform with a gold insignia on his sleeve, sits at a formal dinner table aboard a submarine, across from a bald, grey-haired officer in a white dress uniform with gold shoulder boards, who holds a wine glass. Around the table, uniformed officers sit and stand, including a bespectacled man on the left, a dark-skinned officer, a man with reddish hair, and a blonde-haired officer who holds a clipboard and steps forward. Wine bottles, glasses of red wine, a salad bowl, bread, butter, and pink-rimmed plates crowd the white tablecloth. The officer in white speaks and gestures while sipping his wine, then sets the glass down and leans toward Homer, who listens with wide eyes before the officer's hand reaches out toward the table as the moment ends.
