What happens

A blonde woman in a tan uniform with pilot wings stands by a riveted metal wall, and a bald, grey-sided older man in a white naval-style uniform with gold stars then leans back in his chair with his hands behind his head, grinning and smirking. The scene moves to a long dinner table in a metal room with a porthole and wall clock, where men in tan uniforms sit with wine glasses and plates, including a bespectacled man on the left, Carl on the right beside Homer in a tan uniform with a stripe insignia, and the bald older man at the head of the table, who is seen from behind. The men shift in their seats and glance toward the head of the table as wine bottles and food sit in the middle.
