What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald heavy man in a tan jacket, sits at a restaurant table in a dark blue booth with a purple chair while a thin, bald, stooped older man with a grey fringe at the sides, a white uniform with gold epaulettes and a cigar, sits across from him. The older man, who resembles Mr. Burns, leans forward, gestures with his hand and cigar and grins, smoke curling up between them. Homer watches with wide eyes, then leans back, chewing and eyes closed in a tired expression, while the older man talks and gestures. A plate of food sits on the table at the right edge, and a blue wall-mounted panel and a round gauge are visible on the wall behind them.
