Mr. Burns sits in a white naval-style uniform with gold stars on the shoulders and smokes a cigar while talking
The Simpsons, “Simpson Tide” (season 9, episode 19), 13:27–13:37
What happens
Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits in a white naval-style uniform with gold stars on the shoulders and smokes a cigar while talking. At a dining table, Homer, bald and heavy in a tan uniform with a gold insignia patch, stares at a large bowl of green peas beside a small knife and a plate, then rests his face in his hands. Burns keeps puffing on his cigar, smoke curling upward, and then Homer, now reaching out and grinning beside Carl, a Black man in a tan uniform, holds a small dish of peas in the final moment.
