What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt, sits on a wooden chair in a plain room, smoking a cigar at a blue folding table holding a notepad labeled INVENTIONS, a pencil, and a purple ashtray, with a radio on a shelf behind him. He puffs, exhales a cloud of smoke, leans back with eyes closed and a smug look, then opens his mouth and winces while holding the cigar. Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair and red dress, and Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, stand at left and watch him, and the final frames show them staring at him as he sits with the cigar in his hand.
