What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, sits on a wooden chair holding a notepad and pencil while Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair and a red dress, and Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, stand facing him in a room with a purple wall, a blue table and a wooden cabinet at the right. Homer gestures with his pencil toward the boys, grins and talks, then raises the pencil high above his head and taps it against his forehead while laughing with his eyes shut. He lifts the pencil overhead again, then holds it up near the top of the frame as he continues speaking, while Lisa and Bart keep watching him in silence.
