The Simpsons, “Simpson Tide” (season 9, episode 19), 2:40–2:52
What happens
Several uniformed sailors in white with black neckerchiefs appear first on a ship's bridge: a man in a tan uniform and cap raises binoculars while a sailor with a clipboard stands beside him, and a grey warship sails across a pinkish sunset sea shown on a television-style screen. Next, a tan-uniformed officer and a sailor in white turn a hose reel on a metal deck, then two sailors in white spray hoses at a golden statue of a mustached man in a plumed hat on a pedestal, with houses and a blue sky behind them. The moment ends with a heavyset sailor in a white cap spraying a hose at the statue's side under a bright sky.
