What happens

Krusty the Clown, in a red headband, lavender outfit and bow tie, sits at a table across from a suited man with an eyepatch and a cigarette and a red-headbanded man in a brown hat, with a row of suited mobsters watching behind them and a revolver on the table; Moe, in a grey-haired bartender's apron, steps in to gesture while Krusty's expression shifts. The scene cuts to a blue BUS DEPOT sign beside a white bus marked U.S. NAVAL RESERVE, where Homer with a suitcase stands on the sidewalk with Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie as a heavy man waits in the bus doorway and a couple embraces at the right. Homer raises a hand in farewell as a passenger boards the bus.
