What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and heavyset in a blue cap with a gold emblem and a tan uniform with a white undershirt, stands beside a woman with a short platinum-blonde bob and tan uniform with shoulder epaulettes, in a cramped interior with blue zigzag-patterned upholstery and an overhead light. Homer holds an orange pencil, first resting it against his lips and looking thoughtful, then speaking with his mouth open and gesturing with it, and later lowering it to a spiral notepad he holds while she stands with pursed lips and a flat expression. The notepad's spiral binding and the pencil are the main props, and the woman's expression stays largely unchanged as Homer talks and writes.
