What happens

No regular characters are visible; this is a close view of a spiral notepad held by a yellow cartoon hand, with a pencil drawing on its page. The drawing shows a shark-like creature with a jagged open mouth and a speech bubble reading "Yarrrgh!" beside a tiny figure standing on a submarine-like shape in the waves. Across the moment, the pencil tip moves slightly as the small figure and the shark drawing shift only marginally, while a stick-figure swimmer with a bubble-filled pail sinks in the lower right. The background is black and the drawing is shown in a static, fixed position throughout.
