Homer stands at a counter beneath a "BIENVENIDOS A CUBA" sign while a female officer in a white uniform with a black bob hides a grin

What happens

Homer, bald and wearing a white shirt, stands at a counter beneath a "BIENVENIDOS A CUBA" sign while a female officer in a white uniform with a black bob hides a grin. The scene opens on an empty runway where a horse pulls a luggage cart stacked with suitcases past a palm tree and a low building, then a small white plane lies upside down on the tarmac. The camera moves on to the crowded arrivals hall, where Homer leans toward the counter, tapping and then holding a pencil to his mouth while the officer points at a form on the blue desk.
