About the episode

Homer flings a padded tax return into the mail seconds before the April 15 deadline, and the IRS soon spots the fraud. To stay out of jail he works for the FBI, which sends him to recover a trillion-dollar bill Mr. Burns kept after World War II. Burns wins him over instead, and they flee to Cuba with Smithers, where Fidel Castro pockets the bill.
